The Unusually Usual Run of Things

Vacations

I just went on vacation. Or at least it felt that way. I had three days in a row off. That can't be natural. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, all off. I worked today, but it was easy. No one wants to eat ice cream when it is negative ninety-eight... or somewhere around there. It was great fun.

I am still on the brink of deciding not to save up to go to Europe. Please send feedback on this. Should I go or not?

Snowmen

So, recently I spent some time building a snowman. This snowman (Joe) was created by my family and the Jordans. He was really awesome. We made him at the ball park, but moved him to the side of the road when we were done with him. He wasn't very big, but via proportionistic magic, we made him seem big (he had a big heart).

Journalism

I have been assigned to write a story about the holidays... That is a pretty broad subject, if you ask me. How do I find a specific angle on a story in that mess of ideas? I will figure it out. But I also have to come up with an idea for the truck bust (large graphic spread over the center two pages of a newspaper) that will house my story. A holiday truck bust........ Meh.

Enya, of Course :)

Just so you know... I'm still listening to Enya. Christmas Enya. :)

Ezekiel Tyrus

More on him soon. Stayed tuned for the next chapter in the Ezekiel Tyrus saga, Ezekiel Tyrus: Origins.
